Continue South on 41st Dr., we are on the left side just South of the U-Haul, in the Rays Pizza parking lot. There is a purple sign above our door that states FOOT AND ANKLE.

Directions: I-17 to Bethany Home Road exit East. The Phoenix Baptist Medical Center is on the northwest corner of 19th Avenue and Bethany Home Road. The office is located in the only building on the hospital campus with a parking garage. The parking garage is located across from the Emergency Department of the hospital.
