Dr. Fishco makes an impression of your feet with plaster and then a laboratory manufactures custom made orthotic devices. Our offices are also equipped with new technology to digitally cast your feet. It only takes a minute and no mess! Orthotics are used for a variety reasons including pain and malalignment of the lower extremity.

Our doctors can take x-rays in the office. Any suspected fracture or injury to the foot and/or ankle can be promptly treated without having to go to the emergency room. Our Phoenix and Anthem offices have been upgraded to provide digital x-rays.

Dr. Fishco is certified in performing Extracorporeal Shock Wave Therapy (ESWT) for a non-invasive alternative to surgery for chronic plantar fasciitis (heel spur syndrome).

You may be referred to Dr. Fishco by your podiatrist or orthopedist for a second opinion or to be evaluated for specialized surgery. Dr. Fishco has extensive surgical training and experience in revision of failed surgeries and surgical correction of complicated deformities. Dr. Fishco has patients referred from all over Arizona and even from out of state. If you are referred to Dr. Fishco, please bring your x-rays, MRIs, CT scans, and any other testing materials that you may have for him to review.
